What changes would you like to see

Swinny what makes you think it's the "smaller firms" that are acting unprofessional. Yes I agree there are some people erecting unsafe jobs but that doesn't mean its' a smaller firm. I am sorry if I am moaning but I get sick and tired of people complaining about the smaller firms. We are a small firm and always erect jobs correctly, fully insured and qualified. Not just in this thread either. People are moaning about not being able to compete with the smaller firms. I am sorry but business is business!

Scaffolds to only be inspected by Advanced scaffolders with Nebosh construction qualifications and not company safety advisors who know diddly squatt about scaffolding and wont be told.

cant under stand why you would need nebosh to inspected a scaffold
and a advanced scaffolder should be good enough to inspect
