I built a scaffold over the moat of Hever Castle many moons ago...Does this count as Offshore!!LOL

Was there water in it then? Apparently there is none now!!

Yes I used to enjoy a walk along the jetty at Pluto looking down at the sharks and the rays.Would also sometimes see a scaffolder working though this was rare.
