On a 1m hop up do you need a kindle hand rail and toe board or is single handrail/ledger enough ??

The job should be 3lifts boarded kicker and 2 but about put kicker as a dummy on 2n lift so of the dummy are 1m and some only 300mm. The sliders on 1st lift boarded and th th dummy lift boarded thus saving me a ring of boards every house and by putting first lift in at 1.9 saving m hop up so.it can b erected an forgotten about won't find a brickwork on my job that won't steer h and bend ....... there'll earn nothin after first lift if they won't reach 2m lol we'll see it it gets pulls if t does can u ad it to not.conforming to working a height regs on the tag lol
