I agree mate, the times i have had a squad of angry scaffs breathing down my neck, wanting this that and the other, and they 'Want us to do this' is a strain on the old grey matter.
In my opinion, wherever there is not TU recognition (Why not!) there should be a facility available for worker involvement,to discuss in-house issues.
There is further information on the HSE website regarding 'Worker consultation' if a company is not complying the HSE wants to know why?
