MC read my post above pal. H&S tested will be marked on your card if you have done the touch screen test, if you havnt done the test you can still get your card, (i believe some of the offshore boys do this???) but it will not have H&S stamped on it.
if you google cisrs and look in images you will see a card with and without the H&S stamp.
if i new how to do it i would put my card on to show you, but im thick as fukc so i cant, sorry pal.
PS you do need the touch screen to get on most sites.
