i was in sydney around 97 i think and we were heading out to manley beach for the day.we advised to watch out for the BLUEBOTTLES as they can have a nasty sting.
FECKING POOFY OZZIES WE THOUGHT
when we were pissing about making fools of ourselves trying to use the BOOGIEBOARDS (WEE SURF BOARDS) there were women running out of the water clutching their children with people SCREAMING "BLUEBOTTTLES"
fecking ozzie poofs we thought again
then we felt stinging sensations on our bodys from what look like FISHING FLOATS that bob ontop of the water,IT WAS THE FECKING BLUEBOTTLES

SPANNER i have to agree with your summary on the work abroad.
I HAVE ALWAYS SAID IT SOUNDS GREAT IN THE BOOZER BUT WHEN YOUR GRAFTING YOUR GRAFTING and its hard to remember all the **** that went with it when the Swally is flowing;)
