Swifty they now produce a light weight version, but the old stuff is feckin orrible. The extra bits are also expensive as foook, example internal return brackets, so you end up messing about with bridles to fill in the inside corners, same as every system though.
Crooky the roof system is now well antiquated, unless you use the kadar tracks and sheeting the RAMS packs are a nightmare to produce and implement to adhere to all the relevant regs. slows you right down. not like the good old days running over the perlins with the sheets, remember barnes bridge!. For me UBIX is the foookin shizzle! Light with all the components being ally, easy to fire the kadar tracks on, self plan bracing so no mucking about hanging upside down to introduce tube and fitting plan brace and lacing tube, and you can virtually lace it up on ya todd. sheeting has well come down in price as well so after 2 or 3 uses if the sheets get knackered, they'll have more than paid for themselves and get new.
