Worst Housing Estate?

The 'Lego Land' flats in Dagenham, East London.
An absolute fukking nightmare of a place... even the police are too scared to drive about there at night.

I swear its a total shiithole...
I worked on it about a year ago, putting up a small 8ft x 5ft x 20ft tower for a simple window repair and after only being up 2 days we come back to strike it, it was covered in about 2 inches of filth - ranging from used condoms, dirty nappies, drug needles, dog/cat shiit and rotting food.

The tenants thought it was funny to dump all that crap out the windows... :confused:

Awful place.
 
bloody hell jason looks pretty clean you been to stanhope ashford kent tax payers paradise!!!!! if you live there dont need to work as the taxpayers paye for the lot ave a few kids there rehouse you in a lovely new house or flat true saying you may change the area for the beter but you will never change a houseing estate its like family lmfao!!!!
 
Pen Rhys estate in south Wales.
Worked there in 2003, felt sorry for the old people in their flats as the kids were climbing all over the scaffold when we left at night, no ladders lefton job,so painters had to bring their own. Dog ***** every where, it's alway the minority that always spoil it for everyone.All on benefits, enough money for fags & beer. To help matters got scaffold stolen ( hired) lol
That was a learning curve.
 
Digmoor in Skem- biggest **** hole in the north west, set fire to the job! Stoned us whilst on the job! And ended up taking on the locals! Lovely place

It was about 2003 or 2004 I worked on the Angel Town estate, a proper eye opener! I also done a bit on the Stonebridge Park Estate, funny, But did not get too much grief. At least the "crack heads" used to ask can they take a butt of the trailer, to go and wrap it around someones head, and actually return it! lol

Had an old black/white tele aimed out of one of top floors whilst i was on the 8th lift doing THE LINTONS tower block Barking,EAST LONDON,think the bloke got arsed when he saw is missus walk on the Jeremy kyle show.
 
I think the worst that happened to me was obviously years ago because Scotland were playing the opening game of the world cup and the old boy in the flat we were working on turned the sound down as he was getting a bit paranoid with 4 scaffs staring in his sitting room window trying to watch the game.:cool:

It didn't last long though, as we lost interest after the fourth goal went in.:sad:
 
today at blakelaw in newcastle, lads erecting at one end of scaffold about 30m long youngens on other end of scaffold swinging on it and throwing fittings off the end of it,the scaffolders gave them some grief and verbil to get off scaffold,10 mins later 2 lads about 16, 17 age group rode passed on mountain bikes and balaclavas one asked whos the town cryer, my scaffolder (DOKA) replyed me whats the problem, then the youngen on the mountain bike produced a 16 inch machete and said if ya still here tomorow ya getting this, time for a sharp exit me thinks.

Year old climbs scaffold drops the rope down
Ties it to back of a dumper and tries to pull scaffold

Never heard of any house's or flats attacking people or taking drugs or alcohol and thieving to feed the habits

No its the scum that are allowed to operate outside of the law,

by the lack of interest by the police to enforce the law and the constraints they are placed under by the Human Rights Act and the do gooders that live miles away from any estate

Finally the courts should hand down sentences that fit the crime,not treat all that are brought before them as poor people that have been led astray and need to be understood as why they do these things.

It is time "punishment" was brought back into our penal system.

Ditto that ..... had stereos nicked out of wagons in Bristol by School kids who knew we could see them , but also knew we were all on 3rd & 4th lifts so would not catch them ..... cheeky feckers ! Nothing to compete with some of the the posts on here though .
