Does anyone actually get any work of this site or is it all just bull***t ?? cos its looking like that ???
 
Maybe if you contribute something to the forum, you might get something back?
 
Nobody takes the time to cultivate contacts now, they want it and they want it now.

The site is not just about finding work although we do talk some ********, usually Friday night after a few beers :D
 
i'm the same allen, but if a job came up on here that a fancied n was thinkin i could be rite man for it i think i would apply like..
 
I once got a job at the job centre which was rather surprizing, I would say you have as much chance of getting lucky on the forum? I use SF cos it beats looking & having to talk to the wife....He who try's Bigkev he who try's................................................
 
been trying like mad mate desperately need something quite quickish doin ma nut in sitting about

Welcome to the forum bigkev, you have posted on the forum 7 times and 4 of them have been on this thread you looking for work, if as the other lads have said you posted more often and got to know your fellow scaffolders you never know a job could end up coming your way, what the forum hates is new members coming on here not introducing themselves and expecting everybody to drop everything and magically produce them a fantastic job.

Contribute to the forum and it will return the favour

I once called a job from the jobcentre in Seacroft and my mate answered the phone in his lorry which just happened to be parked outside the said jobcentre. Still didn't get a Fu.cling job as he was just collecting names for future work :laugh:
