i had a young lad hook the strap to the mud guard before hahhahaha
god knows what they would come up with if you gave them a rope and told them to tie dolly knots

Driver should have been sacked mate ,
if there aint any hook points on the lorry then just hook to the chassis

I think that the straps are holding the underrun bars from scraping on the road or swinging out across the pavement, no?
