Don't ever think that you need to know what you are doing to get a job in London. Remember the government are based there.

Depends where u work in Scotland wrigers the industrial/petro chemical sector predominately tube and fitting but if u work on the street chances are they are system monkeys. I think it comes down to a cost factor as the price per linear meter is less with system and very efficient as all u need is a very hungry polish man with a toffee hammer :laugh: a good scaff should have experience in both tube and fitting and prefabricated systems. Even after achieving an NVQ level 3 in tube and fitting you are still required to go on 2 day CISRS system courses for EACH system. It's a fu.cking joke if you ask me! :mad:

Of course they are the future. They will be on this forum in 20 years time telling all and sundry they used to earn a lot more back in the old days, that scaffs in 2033 are soft and will be moaning about the new laser guns that spot weld tubes in a flash that have taken over from impact wrenches and the hover packs that have replaced safety harnesses. Oh and jason will be filming it!!
