I believe most of this was filmed in the old Willow Lane Yard, Band & Plate gotta love em :)

PS The video rolls onto Fred Dibnah mounting a platform at the top of a chimney, always makes me laugh.
My arse still puckers at the thought :)

The video after that one is Fred fitting his staging around a stack from his bosun's chair. Watching that was suitable ring puckering too.
 
Every time I see those Fred Dibnah ones I am convinced he's going to fall off even though obviously I know he doesn't.
