Scaffolding Inspector - Das Island

heard you need to be out a uk tax year

thats 6th april 2012 to 5th april 2013

so if you went to day november 2012 the months up to 5th april 2013 do not count to

for your tax free to start and you are in the uk for 90 days a uk tax year

Not bad then Andy 53 grand for 6 months work.

It’s not really 6 months’ work as you work 84 hr. a wk. offshore, so on a 4 wk. cycle you’re working 336 hrs. , so at the end of the day its 53000 a yr.

You have to be out of the UK-186 days a yr. and be able to prove it so you won’t pay tax.

I have never looked at it like that jonnybegood. If offshore I just considered it as a day after all many times working on the beach you can put in a lot more than 12 hours with travel etc.
