Not wishing to do this company down but the post is for a scaffolding contracts assistant.
Looking at the job spec, they are looking for a supervisor/contracts manager.

If that's what they are looking for, then offer a the right money and they might get the person they are looking for.

It might just be me but they seem to be looking to possibly get someone on the cheap

Thank you so much for your input, but as the Managing Director of this company, I feel you really havent looked closely enough at what are requirements are for this position. We need someone with a knowledge of the scaffolding industry, that can assist are Contracts Manager & hopefully in time, make the transition into a more managerial role. We are most certainly not looking for someone on the cheap!!!!!

I did read the requirements, which is why I commented.

Like I said, I don't want to disrespect your company.

What sort of salary would you be looking to pay for the right person?
