Scaffolders Required/Leicester - starting end of June

Morning Guys,

We will be starting work on a Large Commercial Project in Leicester in which we will be looking for around 20 part 2 scaffolders. We can accept Part 1's but you will need to have the Quickstage Ticket.

Start Date: 25th June Approx.

Duration: 18 weeks

Rates:

Part 2 £14.50 - £15 p/hr

Part 1 £12 p/hr

40 - 45 hrs a week, with the odd weekend but this cannot be guaranteed so we would ideally be looking for local labour. Having said that we would consider lads working away but the will be NO DIGS or TRAVEL paid.

I can supply you with 10 indians and 10 nepalese all part 2s and trained to british standard, digs wont be a problem they can find a nice park to sleep in. YOU CAN ALSO DROP YOUR RATE DOWN TO $5ph

I would take the Nepalese any day if you could get them visas. You can keep the Indians theres plenty in Leicester already.

mike my son coming home from army soon he has a green labouerers cisrs and cscs card plus full clean d. licence although not hgv one ...hes looking for a start in this trade hes fit and keen ,hard worker,punctual hes willing to pay for cheap digs he needs experience with a good company ..plus he'll bring the biscuits ..hes going to register on this forum when he gets home im just trying to get him some kinda of start or advice/feedback thanx x:cheesy:
 
Hi Jayne,

We are an Agency I would be more that happy to take your Son's details and see about getting him some Scaffold Labourers Work.

But if he is looking to get into the trade then he will need to ring round the Scaffolding Companies and if he like it, they like him they may train him up to become a qualified scaffolder. as he already has the CISRS Lab card he hopefully shouldnt find it to hard.

ahh thanx mike i'll keep your number for him x how long does it take to qualify well at least upto part 2
 
The other lads on the forum would be in a better position to answer that.

Hopefully one of them would let you know.

From what i know it can take roughly 6 months to get Part 1, so maybe a year to two years to gain part 2
