Very droll marra. You have got a wee bit more cheeky since moving south. God only knows what you would be like if you get as far south as London. Probably turn into one of those cheeky cockney chappies like Budgie. (Aom will know who Budgie was!)
I first heard it at a meeting when some PM made a complete cock of himself with some foolish comments. The guy sitting next to me whispered the saying to me causing yours truly to spill his coffee all over the polished board room table!!!
 
Is this job really that bad lads as was starting on there soon but dont no now.. any other pts scaff jobs going that you no of fellas

It's not the actual job, it's the supervisors on there.
You get one 30 min break in a 12 hour shift, yes we all know its illegal, but if you complain, they just say get your tools and f.uck off if you don't like it, people getting sacked for no glasses, no warnings just sacked, as a few lads found out, everyone back stabbing each
other, the moral on the job is shocking, it's depressing to say the least.
Plus loads more, to many to mention.
 
That is a joke only 30mins break in a 12 h shift and as you say illegal.. with all the other stuff don't sound a very good job at all well the way its run at least..
Does anyone know of any other PTS scaff jobs going ??

To most of these comments i am showing a middle finger in my head.
Try the same it is so therapeutic.
Lean forward and direct top of Your head towards object you want to express your appreciation and imagine an old good middle finger...
Thats done.
Then go on that station and try it yourself.
You get your breaks. 3 in 12. Yes they are short but thats the deal. A lot of people went there who are used to easy hang around do nothing jobs hence all the moaning.
Supervisors on there have all under control and as far i am concerned with the number of people they got to deal with they are doing brill job.
Some of You can turn down a 1200 a week some of you may need it.
To those that will go and grab it, to support your loved ones- i salute You.
Scaffolding- we eat this stuff...

slav think you were at blackfrairs on days ,I uses to do handover with you and Paul Gibbs ,I was night shift supervisor on the bridge.
