part 1 looking for work

we all have to start somewhere lads maybe if they was given the chance they could prove themselves some pt 1s knw more thn some pt 2s i know lol :bigsmile:
 
ye your right dnt know how some get away with it and i do think it depends more on person what they should be paid because like anything else theres good part 1 s n bad ones n all these trainees that do six months then go if for there basic n dnt know enough should be stopped ive done 15 months as a trainee aswell as labouring for 2 yrs before that and ya get lads who r basic scaffoders who couldnt lace my boot rant over lol
 
Shouldnt be allowed to take ur part2 for @least 5 years of being a pt1....then another 10 till ur adv....that would keep watescrealistic to experiance...fcked of with hoys comng through thiniing theyre men. Then crying to mummy when they dont get thier own way....my rant over lolo
 
deano their is a new build over north tees not sure who has the contract am on for cape on areomatics 1 and Im trying to get on as it is 18 months of blue book this is the email dave.wilson@interserve.com just send him your cv mate and im a Part 1 on 10.30 an hour were all not bad hahaha
