Lifting beam design

Has anyone got a simple generic design for a lifting beam/point,it's only to hold 200kg 2m pipe section 5m off the floor,not bothered if it's rated higher:)oh,forgot to say please:D

yeah ill run ya threw it

  • get your lightest lab
  • get him on your strongest labs shoulder
  • now get another lab to pass the object to the first lab
  • from the first lab then get him to pass it on to the lightest lab on his shoulders
  • then get the lab on the sdhoulders to lock out his arms
  • simples

sorta got me cscs test to do thursday lasso recons it harder since april and has lodza sh1t in from chemical and confined spaces and sh1t lol then got a days work and see from there seems all good propper out fit not like last mob :laugh:
 
i sent the one but it obviously never made it,sent it again about 1 hour ago have you received it.

Before u use any generic drawing u must have the beam u are using tested or the drawing is useless.
