Brogan scaffolding

very good gaz!...... so 120 a day=600 flat week on paye thats take home of 450ish..yeh? rite travel round london..wots that guna cost ya??? 30-60 nicker per week?? plus breky and dinner(pub for me) its just shi.t im sorry.....for a british man that iz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bob...its just ive worked for blencowes in sailsbury a few years ago and they r a top firm and you can pretty much ern wot you want if you wana graft! and never get screwd with your money niver!!! down the rd from u!!

:laugh::laugh::laugh: i pay my laborers a minimum of £80 a day , i have a part 1 on £120 a day , and a trainee on £60 a day , the difference is them lads can get a job up lively , if they couldnt they wouldnt be with me simple as that , part 1 part 2 advanced dont mean nothing if you cant do it . Pay the man not the ticket , and as for Brogans i done plenty of big jobs for him over the years and always got what was agreed .

If I've upset anyone on this thread then I apologise, I'm stuck at Heathrow and trying to keep myself amused whilst awaiting my next flight update at 4pm. Original flight at 5pm was cancelled, then transferred to 2pm flight that was rescheduled to 5.05 then cancelled again and put back to 4pm. That was cancelled and my original flight at 5PM is back on. You couldn't make it up.

I agree with you there, I was out of work in 2009 at Xmas when I came back from Vancouver and the only firm with work we could get were paying a long un a day. I got knocked every week for this and that so finally we put up a temporary roof in Greenwich first week in Jan and I'd well and truly had enough. So when I put the fly lifts on I bubbled the beams across so they were fuc.king bang on then sheeted it :laugh:
Fuc.king lagged it down a few days later when the roof was off, thought if I was getting knocked then I was gonna cost them an all. Jacked the day I put it up.

The sun has scorched the tarmac and they are having to re lay it. Been pushed back to 6pm now. By the time I get going they won't let me on anyway as I've had 3 pints in half an hour already :laugh:
