Beware renewable solutions

Did work for renewable solutions (Solar panel company) Christmas. They phoned me on a Friday 5th Dec wanting work done the following Monday saying that they would deposit the funds the same day. After doing the work they denied all knowledge of even knowing about the job althought solar panels have been insatalled has anyone else had any problems with this company.
Looks a court settlement is iminent.:mad:
 
It might not help you in this case mate but we always get a fax or email confirmation from new solar customers before the wagon leaves the yard.

For some reason they all seem to be very badly organised. We've had jobs up for a month that were "urgent" and had to go up the day after they phoned us.
 
I have various emails off them showing the layout of the building and instructions but still no payment, to be fair most people pay on time in my case. I`ll defo get the money (Court service | Court system | Litigation) they`re just trying it on or as you say very disorganised.
If you`r a national solar company and you have 100s of jobs out imagine the money you save if say 40 % of them scaff companies dont know how to go about getting their money.
Oh the joy`s of being self employed. lol
 
Beware of all these companies as alot of them have a parent company or are a new company and will go liquid very quickly!!
 
Have worked for them previously with no problem whatsoever and we are doing a job for them this week. Try and provide some proof you did the job and negotiate with them, try getting the house holder on your side as they will remember the lads, wagon, etc as its not every day they have scaffold etc. Court is only gonna cost ya mate....
