Never before i have experienced situation where some many different recruiters would contact me with regards one job.has a Ldn Brdge became a mecca or something?
 
Is this Slav Litwin?

Not me this time anyway mate.. I was under the impression agencies couldn't get involved in PTS work... something to do with sponsors?

Dom i ve been approached with the same deal different people. Plus they would love as many as poss to be brought along.
They do get involved.
 
I'm looking to do some travelling through scaffolding and been told the best way to go about it is through agencies. Also been told some agencies pay travel and digs which would be a massive help as I have a baby on the way which is expensive enough as most people know, if anyone knows of any such agencies I would appreciate it if you would post some for me to contact cheers.

Hey geordiescaff there is a way of claiming your expences through your payment company (Umbrella company) if you type that in to scaffolderforum search some threads should come up and you can sift through them to find the information you need :bigsmile:

Wouldn't bother with London bridge mate, every man on there is on notice.
I know this because I'm one of them.
Palmers are paying off men, there work is nearly done on that project.

ok mate thanks alot. i do know of one cbf aparantly they pay travel digs and good rates just no work wjhich is a ****** lol

Morning all, in regards to the PTS war at the minute, I have found that there are more clients playing Recruiters off against each other in recent times, All we can do is look for what we have been told to look for. In the end the clients are asking 3-5 recruiters for look at the same job which does not help.
 
Have come across this before where agencies undercutting each other on the same jobs, difference in rate sometimes £3 an hour! Whichever agency gets the work you can be sure they'll be getting their cut and you can be sure someone will be desparate enough to do the job.
