Worked for a well known firm for a few weeks but my hours where knocked each day for a full week.
The site supervisor put it down to not enough work being done. Worked to the bizarre and time consuming method acording to their RAMS and worked all the hours. Clocked in and out on their system at the right times. Worked all the hours contracted to.
Can they legally take hours off me for their claim of not enough work being done even though I worked the contracted hours.
I am awaiting an answer from a solicitor, but just curious to see what others say.
Contracted as self employed. Contract states nothing about target work or working to a target.
