I couldn't tell you when or if the induction has changed - what I do know is the inductions cost quite a bit and it's a lot less expensive to re-induct people who have been inducted before!

Aye mate,more or less permanately on there at one time,but not since tata took over.

Its the law. Provide instruction and training anyway blah blah.

Not so sure about the other sites, but I subbed for Interserve on the Shotton works, they were the main contractors on that, but things can change in 12 months.
