I cant see how it can be a Legal Issue either?

The Internet is full of comments and statements in hundreds of thousands of Forums on all subjects all over the world and its something that the Internet is known for ---> Freedom of Speech.

We should be allowed to say what we want, when we want.



Btw, Trillium offered me a job, £50 a day - 12 hours a day and they will pay me Monthly via a Cheque.

I'm afraid it doesn't quite work like that Jason!

As soon as I am made aware of a potentially libellous or defamatory topic, I am held responsible as the publisher of that comment.

For legal purposes, you can treat comments on the Internet and forums in the same way as statement made in a newspaper.

I have had to go through the legal process numerous times in the last year, so I know exactly how it works.

It is alright for the poster of the deleted post to say "why does he take it down" etc. but at the end of the day it is me in the firing line for something I haven't done.

Unless he wants to pay our legal fees, then that it the way that it is going to stay.

Hi admin this is a situation that keeps arising, the website site "trip advisor" have got millions of bad comments made about peoples buisnesses and individuals in some cases ( this hotel is shat and i wouldn't let my dog stay there) so why can we not voice our real life experiences with these bad apples in the industry?.Not being nasty just direct.
