trainee scaffolder part 1 card extension

Hey, my part one trainee card expires in July but I have already renewed it once before so I can't renew it again, is there an extension I can get on it and what do I need to do? The reason I still haven't done my part 2 yet is I have been in and out of scaffolding work so not had enough experience to do my part 2 yet. Also I want to do my safety passport course, I see cape are wanting trainee scaffolders in Hartlepool that would be good for me but I Dont have my safety passport yet.
 
Call Cisrs and ask for Dave Moseley's email address, if you have a good enough reason he will authorise it to be extended a further time.
 
I phoned cisrs and they said when my part one card expires in July I will have to do the 1 day labouring course and use that card until I have done my part 2 and then I can apply for an extension until I do my one day assessment after I have done my part 2. I have just been laid off so I'm desperate for a job so I can get a couple more months experience then I can do my part 2. I will work anywhere.
 
Mikey lad, get yaself to hartlepool shipyard, loadsa rig work there!
