I have a soft copy of 08 that can be emailed. If you really want a hard copy you will have to send a cheque for posting and packing.

08 has been superceded by 13 with new ammendments etc so be careful following 08 as it is no longer valid ... bit like working to BS 5973 nowadays .. Remember TG20:13 is the tube and fitting version of BS EN 12811 which is the European standard we now follow.
