Hello all. My name is Teddy. I'm a Part 1 Scaff currently working in the recruitment side of things as of last December. To be honest It wasn't out of choice. Needs must and when you've got a little one to take care of and you take opportunities as they come. I still scaffold part time (weekends mainly) as that was the path I was wanting to take but we all know inconsistent work can be at times, especially when working through agencies. My hope is to help as many scaffolders in that position secure long term and consistent employment.
