hi lads does any1 have any idea how much it cost to hire scaffolding from any hire and sales company,s job is 200m/240m and b up for 2 months with beams strung through first lift
 
haha, you short of gear now for that big street job. Call Generation, cheap as chips at the moment Edinburgh had to send all their gear to glasgow as the yard is heaving.
 
aom don,t have any gear haha, but the guy tht wants this job done i,ve done a few for him already good payer also have been in talks wi this property lawyer tht invest peoples money each year in construction projects fair bit of dough and seems very intrested in me supplying him wi his scaffolding needs jst talk jst now and a local builder been doing jobs for him 2 and is cockahoop wi the jobs i have been erecting hse made a site vist and got very good report from inspector not tht i,m blowing my own horn buddy so hopefully get pick up when i get sum dough together and c wot pops bud
 
they're all cheap as chips at the minute, but make sure you get it ALL back or thats when the problems start,
If its only one job count it before the wagon driver leaves because they don't half take the p!ss with fittings etc;)
 
That's true, I've got to try and find 100 boards before they charge me for them and the worst of it they were all but rotten.
 
cheers jakdan aom i,l remember to do tht going to get price for gear 2moz and charging him £12pm so about 2500 grand probably have job done in 3 days got another good scaff and tremendous labourer mid thirtys and thts were he loves to b joy to work with so fingers crossed cld make 2012 a gd year if i can build up sum regular jobs for myself

get him to hire the company of you hire it for him in his name ect no come backs simples
 
One other thing if you do have to hire it yourself is to make sure the client signs for their terms and conditions just so you are not left holding the baby should anything happen.
 
i,ve put him wide to tht he,l have to pay and have his public liabilities insurance cert aswel b4 a ball is kicked

try getting some paint mixed up to match the hire paint, short out ur old shitters and paint & return them lolo play them at there own game- not sugesting i've ever done it lolo
 
haha, yes we have never done it also but to be fair the hire company I use are not hard to deal with and I find honesty pays when dealing with them.
 
loolol still get a little kick outta it though lololo-(hypothetically of course)
