youv got to check your ladders lads only yesterday on site a scaff fell of a 7mtr ladder.
 
Good job the ladders was the right way up then Ken otherwise it would have been the top rung on the bottom
 
Theres another piece of ppe, essential for those no groove ladders.

There is a new product i am developing at the moment which will be on the market as "Sticky feet" it will eradicate the need for ANY fall protection , you will simply apply a small amount to your boot soles and away you go .
