I lost the last thread on this subject.But it appears that the fatal accident happened when Dean was putting the hemps on the second lift, which was less than 10 feet off the ground. It seems that he tripped on the end of a lapped set of 13` boards and fell backwards. He then caught his legs on some metal railings, fell back and hit his head on the ground. It was a tragic accident.
