Apprentice scaffolders

Any one know how a young lad might get on an scaffolding scheme on Merseyside.Wife's friends son wants to be a scaff,yes they've had him looked at by doctors!!Firm I work for wont give you a pair of gloves let alone put a kid through all the courses so no chance there,any firms who still do it?

go to bConstructive - Home Page and get him to register with the citb

once he been approved you will be able to go around asking firms and get a better response
