Job down in Hampstead, no reports of anyone hurt yet.

Pretty easy to say there would of been low and insufficient ties on the job with having moniflex on it, we can't say for sure but was the ledgers / standards staggered incorrectly? Or did the builder tamper with the scaffold structure / ties and that caused this to happend?

You'll see holes in the wall if ties was there...
On the horrible dismantle you'll find it hard to see how the scaffold was built, poor bracing methods, staggered standards and ledgers, even adding in plan bracing if the tie spacings was to large.

I don't like seeing this sort of thing in our industry, I pray nobody was on the job at the time, walking by or sat in or driving by in their cars.

Another scaffold down in London, think these sourthen boys need to come up north and learn how to scaffold 😂😂

If another scaffold comes down this week they are gonna have to change the highway code:
When you come to a junction, look left, look right, and fcuking look up.
