Main Contractor based in Liss, Hampshire
Experienced required: Schools and Colleges
Salary: up to £43,000 - £55,000 + Car /Allowance, 25 Days Holiday + Laptop

A highly regarded medium size main contractor is searching for a No1 and No2 Site Managers to join the business. They are looking for Site Managers who have experienced working on School Projects.

They have School projects starting worth over £6 million in the summer and are looking to meet experienced Site Manager over the next few weeks.

The company is run and owned by Directors who are passionate about growing a successful and sustainable business at the same time focusing on first rate service clients and looking after their staff.

The have built up a reputation for delivering first rate refurbishment and new build projects across Surry, West Sussex and Hampshire.

The Role:
As Site Manager you will be self-motivated individual who is happy to work autonomously in you role, whilst being able to driving the subcontractors, manage contractors on site, general day to day issues whilst being able to drive a project to practical completion.

Candidate's Responsibility
Supervise all direct labour and coordinate all activities
Ensure Operations are performed efficiently & effectively
Ability to document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
Ensure company procedures and protocols are understood and rigidly adhered to
Able Communicate with all clients on a regular basis (Lead client meeting)
Experience using programming software (Power Point/ Microsoft)

Key Attributes:
A minimum of 5 years experience of Site Management and previous Education project experience.
SMSTS, CSCS Card (gold or black), First Aid certified as well as a Scaffold Inspection certificate.
Experience working to detailed drawings and be technically proficient.
Must be resourceful and skilled, and be committed to all aspects of the project from start to finish.
You must be able to work independently and have good organisational and co-ordination skills
