how much more a square metre do you price a job if fully boarded against one that is just top working lift?
Or is a working lift worked out differently?
Just a young scaff starting out a business, any and all advice taken on board.

I just price everything as fully boarded , you still gotta board it out and handrail it for yourself these days

How can you start a business without knowing the basics? Estimating is a key part of running a business...

I must of lost the hand book where it explains on pricing sorry.

if your just starting out theres a few things you do when pricing,

how badly do you want the job
how much kit you have towards the job
do you need to hire a lorry
will it be weekends ( my own time )
and what can you do the job for without making yourself look to cheap ( you can set a presedent very quick and when you need to up your prices they will drop you quicker then a curry on a sunday morning )

there are many more but that should give you something to work with

or a good start would be around £13 a square meter

as philliosmaximus said all depends how badly u want the job. I normally do £15 per sq for scaffolding then add £100-150 per meter of beam.
