Scaffolding damaged in storm (1 Viewer)

Interesting comment there by Simian risk - 'Scaffolding which has been erected correctly should withstand the strongest of winds'. And there was I thinking that I designed structures to achieve an economical solution with an acceptable level of risk rather than to cover all possibilities with the zero level of risk that this comment infers
 
Ah that old favorite the sheeted demolition scaffold that the demolition contractor as removed the structure that was holding up the scaffold, not that i could see any ties, but there must have been some at some earlier point in the works, or is that me being unusually optimistic!
