CDM Regulations in scaffolding (1 Viewer)

A designer, according to CDM, is an organisation or individual who prepares or modifies a design for a construction project (including the design of temporary works) or arranges for, or instructs, someone else to do so.

This is the bit that always seems to be overlooked/ignored. Usually by the MC's project managers when they haven't thought far enough ahead and need legs chopping out for trenches etc... "It worked fine on another job so just do it here."
