Lol! I never noticed the smashed window. Surely he must have tried to pick this up in the dark as how could he have not seen it???

Is that a street lamp right outside???

Reckon he was just a **** head and mis judged placing the skip there after the scaff was in place, but does look like there is something in the skip?
 
good job the sway & raker were going the right way for it!.
