Last year working for Salamis I did a various amount of short trips, been working for them for the 7 1/2 years and last year was a joke, 5 day trip, 8 day trip, 10 day trip, 6 day trip, 1 week trip got out there and said whats the crack your guaranteed a week, you might get 2 weeks but i'll see if I can get you 3 weeks ******* joke offshore now, reluctant to go back out, but its something until a decent number comes up.

it is that ginger, I too are currently looking for employment onshore. And a stop gap till something comes up. Cape are now offering 0 hour contracts. Only getting paid for the days you offshore. Means they can leave you sitting about and not have to pay you standby money.

I prefere agenies offshore now. You choose what trips you want, not told you are away for 6,8 or 10 days.

Salamis are 0 hour now as well .not paying out on bed busts even for operational reasons also ******* **** take
