    Default RIP Ray Vincent

Just to let any know who might have known him.

Ray was my dad who died in the early hours of Friday morning. He was diagnosed with asbestosis and copd approximately 2 years ago. He had developed a chest infection recently which led to pneumonia. He was 69.

He has been a scaffolder most his life and believes he got the asbestosis disease from working in power stations over 40 years ago.

He was born and lived in Birmingham all his life but worked all over the country doing the job he most loved.

If anybody did know him please get in touch.

    Thx

    Leon.

Leon I never knew you dad mate ,
But please accept my condolences for your loss ,
Your dad sounds like a real old school scaff who loved what he done and that's what's missing in our young guns ,
    The love of our game.
May he RIP brother and my respect to yourself and your family at this hard time .

RIP Ray Vincent. Like previous comments I did not Know your dad - I always worked out of the south east. Sad to know this is yet another building trade worker taken by this avoidable condition.
Condolences to you Leon and all his family and friends at this sad time.
