What is the best way to price a tin roof.

I have a job in London. 14m x 12m x 14m x 12m x 5 Lifts to gutter?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
 
Your gonna be around £25-£30 a Square meters on the roof VLLB and don't forget the monoflex
 
Depends on both span & height - crane or hand but tbh 30-45 pM2
