Business Plan

Alright scaffs,

I have a nice little contract after coming my way. My backer wants a proper business plan, which I cant blame him for, its a fair size wedge. Anyone got any ideas, or old plans? I have a template, and I have my 5 year figures worked out, but filling it in the way the template says isn't as easy as I thought it would be, and I'd like to check it against something before he laughs me out the door.

Personally, I've always found these things to be totally useless as you can put any figures down you like. Just be prepared to justify any figure you do input as if your backer is switched on at all, he will grill you like an old trout before handing over any cash.
