umbrella scheme

last year i started on the umbella scheme and what a load of crap this scheme is, as i was on the phone to mmc company who work out what i should be paid after taking out the tax and full national insurance contributions every week.
a lot of my expenses i could'nt claim for as it is not on their list of expenses from the tax office
i am now back on the cis scheme since christmas and if you are thinking of going on the umbrella scheme please don't enrol as it is a rip off for the tax office and a lot of the agencies are on the umbrella scheme

Didn't Osborne put a stop to the expenses from the start of the new tax year on the umbrella schemes

Thats what I thought. have worked thru umbrella scheme a few times. A lot of tosh to suit employers. Some wont take you on unless linked to umbrella.
