When ur 6 lifts up on a block of flats and the site agents says there ain't no sway braces on this job. He hands me a 5 foot and says here u go job done

Might well be a very nice sway brace, but why is there 2 sleeves on the same standard top and bottom? :eek:
 
I have been putting 3 handrials on jobs for so long now that 2 scare the ***** out a me.
