Schedule of rates

Guys Need to submit a schedule of rates for a project I've just picked up in London, everything from Lm to removing inside board to cutting beams, Any examples out there???

Schedule of rates are usually generated from a pro-rata of the rates you have used in your quotation. Most company surveyors generate their own based on the historical profitable outputs of previous works. These SOR's will give an insight into the estimating rates of the particular company and the way future work is being priced. Needless to say you may find it difficult to get anyone to part up with their pricing strategy.
