scaffolding collapses in heap of metal and wood - Manchester only been up 24hrs

Oh dear.... Someone's in trouble. Thank god nobody was seriously hurt or killed.

I'm guessing ties or more specifically, the lack thereof.
 
Its all got sorted out ties were taken out so lets leave it at that it needs putting to bed
