Smts supervisor card

If you do the 5 day smsts supervisor course do you still need to do the touch screen test if you have in date survival and mist. I have renewed scaffold card like this , is this the same

You don't need the touch screen test for the CITB SMSTS course as you don't get a card issued for it, just a pass certificate.

If it's the CISRS 5 day supervisors course you mean, then your offshore certificates won't count for the card application - needs to be the supervisors touch screen test.
