hi,ive got 3 years tax to sort out[self assesments] ,c.i.s and ltd company not my ltd,do I have to pay the fines for being late?

Yep plus interest in em so best get a accountant onto it asap
 
Have you been registered for self-assessment and so therefore late? If you haven't registered before, then you're not late.

If you are late I'm afraid to day the fines and interest will be pretty awful. Having said that, if you know what you're doing (as we do) you can substantially reduce them with the rebate you'll be owed.
 
Not bad bettertax - cease at being a forum sponsor only to come back & tout for business- shame on you
 
Oh for goodness sake - I was giving advice... which is more than the sponsor who took over did and is now not on the forum. We were usurped by the offer of more money, we would have happily stayed.

Don't worry though, the new admin has already told me not to advertise. Clearly free advice is not wanted so ok then.
