Just watching camp bastian 1hr documentary, what an amazing place we set up there. Basically a home away from home for our guys. Just a shame its at the cost of 453 british troops lives.
What gets me is it cost 50 million to build and yet it cost 300 million to dismantle and re deploy. How does that work???.

Rip to the 453 of our brave troops who gave their lives.
 
Which party is now running the country, now you realise why it's costing so much to dismantle it
6 times as much as the erection price you would never get that stripping a scaffold in a field
 
maybe back to Oz although I fancy doing something a bit different. Last one was ok good to meet u and work with a couple of forum members over in WA.
Latest typhoon was originally supposed to come straight for us but ended up going north and certainly wasn't like the devastating one last year.
