I found this Job add in my inbox this morning. It appears to have been posted directly by PHD so no agency involvement. I seem to remember PHD advertising this position about a year ago though I could stand corrected.

What is even more worrying is that they expect him to visit the office and participate in 'team work'.

Think it has more to do with Frank Riordan their surveyor (ex Deborah's) dying from a heart attack whilst visiting Ireland recently
My deepest condolences to his family and friends

Frank was made trainee surveyor after I left Harrow Road Depot (S&C) back in 1973 to work in other parts of the company. He had a fine sense of humour and to my knowledge never did anyone any harm, a true gentleman. Very sorry to hear of his death as I lost touch with him in 1999.

Rest in Peace Frank Riordan, old friend. Condolences to his family and friends
