Ladder 1-4

Hi, we all try to achieve 1-4 with ladders as this is best practice.
What do you do if you cannot achieve this?
Is there any regulations stating what should or should not be done with ladder angles?

As with most things, the 4.1 thing is only a recommendation. Put in a back scratcher, nobody could complain if it's all you can get.

if you can acheive it then Ok if not as near as possible.
